The CARDINAL'S BAY: The East Side's Wings got the ex-hip-hop radio broadcaster, Mr. Lobert; Charlie Tu, the Michael Jackson inspired dancer; Nghi, an immigrator from Vietnam; Mr. Christian, the 9-11 Iraq war veteran turned JROTC instructor, and more interviews.

The photographs' visual narrative captures the campus and events with wide shots, portraits, cut-outs, and close-up shots, accompanied by the interviews according to section.

Similarly, I designed the layouts to beat in rhythm as in baseballs flying between pictures, dancers busting out the margins, and still shots with negative space for eye breaks. From the candid stories about Mt Pleasant High School,
